Herb T. is a green cap Toad introduced in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. He owns a small bar in Rogueport Sewers where people get together and share information. Inside the building is Wonky, and in front of him is a Star Piece. Herb T.'s name is a pun on "Herbal Tea", though "Herb" itself is an actual name as well.
