A Mushroom Cake, originally known as a Shroom Cake, is an item in the Paper Mario series.
History[edit]
Paper Mario[edit]
In Paper Mario, Shroom Cake is made by cooking a Mushroom with a Cake Mix, and it heals ten HP and ten FP. One of the young Toads in West Toad Town is always craving Shroom Cake. This item can be sold for twenty coins at most shops in the game, with the exception of the Star Haven Shop, where it sells for thirty coins.
Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door[edit]
The item reappears in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door and its remake, where it is created in the same way as in Paper Mario. It can once again be sold for twenty coins in shops.
Super Paper Mario[edit]
In Super Paper Mario, Shroom Cake fills thirty HP and cures poison. It is made by mixing a Super Shroom Shake with a Cake Mix.
