It only comes in 2 vs. 2, and both teams are in an Ice Maze, and must both players on each must reach a red button at the end and punch them at the same time to open the door. However, to get to the switch in some parts,and they must press B to punch the ice. Some ice blocks cannot be destroyed, unless you get a starman, then you can punch it twice to go through it. To get a starman the players can punch open a question block. This only takes one punch. If the blck contains a spiky ball you get frozen solid, and either your partner can punch it open with one [[Punch|punch]], or you with ten. There are three levels.

Cube Crushers is a 2-vs.-2 minigame in Mario Party DS.

Gameplay[edit]

The minigame consists of three sections. Both teams are in an ice maze, in which they must reach the red buttons at the end of each section and press them. However, to reach the buttons, the players need to push B Button to punch ice blocks. White ice blocks cannot be destroyed, requiring teammates to get a Star so they can punch the ice blocks twice to go through them. To get a Star, the players can punch open a ? Block; doing so requires only one punch. If the block contains a spiky ball, the player gets frozen solid. If that happens, either the partner can punch the frozen player free with one punch, or the frozen player can tap B Button repeatedly to free themselves. When teammates reach the red buttons, they must punch the buttons at the same time to open the door. The first team to get through all three sections wins.

This minigame does not appear in Simple Set.
