The Excess Express Conductor is a Toad that works in the Excess Express as the conductor. He takes care of the passengers' needs.
Ghost T. later possessed him so he could write an E-mail to Mario.
Unlike other Toads, the Conductor sports a black cap with red spots, instead of the usual white cap.
