Similar to [[Oil Drum]]s, these jars shoot an infinite amount of [[Slippa]]s at the [[Kong]]s. Sometimes, the jars will roll down the path before attacking. However, if the monkeys touch it as it rolls, they will be damaged, therefore, these objects can be very dangerous. To make things harder, they can only be defeated by the blast of a [[TNT Barrel]] that [[Donkey Kong]] or [[Diddy Kong]] throw at it. Although they appear to be a hazard, Slippa Jars may sometimes be helpful for the heroes, as they are able to jump on the jars to cross large abysses.

Baskets of snakes[1] are obstacles in Donkey Kong Land. Baskets of snakes spawn Slippas indefinitely, similarly to how black drums spawn other enemies. Baskets of snakes do not spawn Slippas while stood on. Baskets of snakes are the main obstacles of Snake Charmer's Challenge, and some appear in midair above a wide pit for the Kongs to travel across. Some baskets of snakes roll down stairs and hurt the Kongs upon touching them; if one hits a wall as it rolls, it stops and turns upright, becoming harmless. Baskets of snakes can be destroyed only from a TNT Barrel.
