Minigame
Appears in Super Mario Party Jamboree
Type Rhythm minigame

Parfait the Course is a cooperative Rhythm minigame appearing in Super Mario Party Jamboree. Its name is a pun on the idiom "par for the course."

Gameplay

The players, each with a huge spoon, are on a glacier in front of a giant parfait bowl. They must shake the Joy-Con with the right timing. Players score one point if they get the timing too late or too early, hitting the fruit that the penguins pitch them into the bowl with awkward positioning, but they can score two points if their timing is deemed "Nice!" and the fruit lands in the bowl with proper positioning. The players must work together for more points.

Controls

  • Joy-Con (horizontal) – Swing Spoon

In-game text

Feel the rhythm and decorate a parfait! Use your spoon to hit the fruit that the penguin pitches. Fruit thrown with a spin is faster, so be careful!
