Big Spikelies are enemies in Mario & Luigi: Brothership. They are larger variants of Spikelies encountered on Merrygo Island. They are never found on the overworld, and only during battles.
After Reclusa reawakens, all Big Spikelies get infected with Glohm, becoming Glohm Big Spikelies.

In battle, Big Spikelies have the same attacks as their normal counterparts. They also have higher stats.
