Blizzard is attempting to climb to the top of K3. When [[Dixie Kong|Dixie]] and [[Kiddy Kong]] first pay him a visit, Blizzard is surprised that they managed to find him high into the mountains. Blizzard also remembered [[Blue]]'s birthday party but is unable to visit him because he lives far away and due to his mountain-climbing expedition. He gives the [[Kong]]s a [[Present (Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble!)|Present]] and requests them to deliver it to Blue in [[Cotton Top Cove]].
 
In the Game Boy Advance port, Blizzard's Basecamp was reconstructed from a frozen shack to a warm cabin house with a fireplace, a rectangular red carpet and wooden furniture.
