Oozer Master is a Spark that appears in Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope. It is located in Terra Flora, obtained after the side quest Sullivan's Despair. After the battle with the Wiggler, the Wiggler Train is damaged severely. Sullivan, along with Oozer Master and the heroes, must get rid of three thorns, and then Darkmess in a battle, known as Hold That Train!, in order to repair the train. After the battle, the Wiggler Train is repaired, and Oozer Master joins the heroes.
In battle, Oozer Master's ability is Summon Oozer, which spawns an Oozer ally that fights alongside the heroes. The Oozer acts on its own, and cannot be controlled directly. The Oozer is blue and white to distinguish itself from the enemy Oozers. The summoned Oozer fights exactly like an Oozer; its projectile attack causes the Ooze Super Effect, and can disable enemies' weapons and abilities if close enough. The summoned Oozer is weak to Gust and resistant to Ooze. If Oozer Master is upgraded by feeding it Star Bits, the summoned Oozer has more HP and damage. Oozer Master's passive ability is Attack Master, which increases the attack power of the hero's weapon and is also upgradable.
Oozer Master is a white, quadrupedal Spark wearing a blue collar with a blue whistle attached to it. This Spark's appearance and whistle are similar to the other summoning Sparks: Wildclaw Master, Squashette Master, Scoper Master and Selfie.
