Rabbid Rosalina using her Ennui technique in Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope
Rabbid Rosalina using her Ennui Technique

Template:Quote2 Ennui is Rabbid Rosalina's Technique in Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope.

Ennui causes all enemies around Rabbid Rosalina to fall asleep, giving them the Stasis Super Effect. While enemies are in Stasis, they are unable to do anything, and are dark blue/black in color with a lock above them. If enemies in Stasis are attacked, they will wake up, removing the effect. The effect also goes away after a turn has passed. Ennui has a five-turn cooldown, the highest of any Techniques.

Ennui can be upgraded in Rabbid Rosalina's Skill Tree, such as reducing the cooldown by one turn, and increasing the range of the Technique. One upgrade increases the Stasis effect to two turns, and another causes enemies in Stasis to take 30% more damage from all sources. If the latter upgrade is bought, another sentence is added to the description: "Enemies in Stasis take 30% more damage.".

Ennui is similar to Rabbid Cranky's "Long Story" in Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle, both causing enemies to be unable to act for a turn, and will lose the effect when attacked.
