The Tiny Titan (known as the Rally Romper in the British English version) is a small kart that appears in Mario Kart Wii. It is based on the Monster from Famicom Grand Prix II: 3D Hot Rally, which is in turn based on a Volkswagen Beetle open-top custom buggy; this is further shown in its Japanese name, which is a direct reference to the game. The emblem is located on the hood, sides, and rear. The Tiny Titan is unlocked by unlocking one expert staff ghost, by winning 50 races online or by playing 1,200 races. This kart has a 2-stroker twin cylinder engine placed in the back similar to its real-life counterpart, which has a flat four-stroke engine. Its bike counterpart is the Magikruiser, and its medium counterpart is the Super Blooper.

Vehicle type: Drift |
The Tiny Titan has the best off-road among all karts in the game, enabling it to take off-road shortcuts without losing almost any speed. It is also the heaviest small vehicle in the game. However, the Tiny Titan's drift is rather low, and it has the worst drift out of all the small vehicles. The vehicle's other statistics are around average. Its weight and drift are tied with the Zip Zip, with the latter stat also being the same as that of the Spear.
If the babies ride the Tiny Titan, its weight will surpass that of both the Super Blooper and Sneakster; its weight will become that of both the Classic Dragster and Dolphin Dasher if Baby Mario or Baby Luigi rides it. Otherwise, it is only heavier than the Mini Beast and Sugarscoot.
If Baby Luigi or Baby Daisy rides the Tiny Titan, its speed will surpass that of both the Super Blooper and Shooting Star by one point.

Trading Card information
"The strengths of this ride are its Off-Road and Handling characteristics. Give this mini monster machine a try on tight tracks where you'll be spending time "in the rough," or as we call it with Tiny Titan, "the fun stuff."
