Darkmess is a type of dark matter that drives the plot of Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope. Produced by Cursa and spread across the galaxy, it factors heavily in its pursuit of the Sparks and causes debilitating weather effects on every planet it lands on, such as shrouding Beacon Beach in a permanent rainstorm or Pristine Peaks in a brutal blizzard.
