An Archery event in Mario & Sonic at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games Arcade Edition.

Archery is an Event class that exclusively appears in the Wii version of Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games, featuring events in which the participants use bows and arrows to shoot targets. In Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games, the class only contains the Archery event. Similar events have appeared in every other instalment of the Mario & Sonic series except for the Wii version of Mario & Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games, though have either not been included in the class or have been grouped into another one such as Shooting.
