Toadia is a cute Toad who lives in Poshley Heights during Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door. She is a Luigi fan and is the secretary of the Luigi Fan Club.
She has a trouble where she wants to meet Luigi. Mario must get the L Badge, wear it, and go to her to get a reward.
Another member in the Luigi Fan Club is a Petalburg Toad.
