Toadette's House is a pink variation of a Toad House themed after Toadette. Its design incorporates her pigtails, and there is an additional open window in the cap. While normal Toad Houses have circular, gray chimneys, Toadette's House has a brown and square chimney. Toadette's House appears in Super Mario Run, as a special building in the Kingdom Builder mode. It takes up a 1×1 space, the same as a normal Toad House.
Toadette's House can only be obtained from the Shop for 1,000 coins and unlocked by collecting 200 Toads of each color in the game (red, blue, green, purple, and yellow), for a minimum total of 1,000 Toads. When Toadette's House is placed, Toadette is unlocked as a playable character. As with other character buildings, Toadette is still playable even if the player puts her house away after this point.
As a limited item, only one copy of Toadette's House can be obtained. As a special building, Toadette's House has no rank.
