Mwahaha my master plan of taking over the poll platform has succeeded! Now you'll have to endure me and the committee's high-quality polls for the next year! All joking aside thank you for making me the poll chairperson. I would also like to thank my close friends and relatives for their continued support, special thanks towards MightyMario who has given me a lot of advice on how to be a chairperson and Waluigi Time who has been my editor and friend towards much of my writing here at the 'Shroom. I really appreciate both of your help.
Enough with all of that sappy stuff! Let's see if we can blow last year's stellar poll team out of the water! If you want to help achieve total poll domination here's how you can help! Join the committee! Below are the steps to take to become a member which MightyMario has graciously allowed me to borrow from last year's application.
- Send me a message on the Mario Boards, it's the same name as here, Paper Plumm.
- Provide an introduction for yourself, make sure to include why you want to join as well your favourite Mario and non-Mario game.
- Show me your skills! Provide an example of what types of polls you'll be crafting, just make sure it's Mario-related.
- Lastly, the committee will be represented by some banner art, provide what character you want to represent you on the banner. I think this goes without saying but make sure your character is appropriate however other than that there are no concessions.
In addition, I'm looking for an artist to make said banner. Just send in an application similar to above but for the skill demonstrations section instead provide some sample artwork. I am looking for one or two artists and up to seven additional members for committee. All applications of any kind will be due no later than March 31st at Noon Greenwich Mean Time.
