Blizzard is a character in Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble!. He is named after the identically named weather hazard. Blizzard is a Brothers Bear who inhabits a basecamp in the northwest section of K3. He is a polar bear who wears a red snow hat, though his design in the remake is a grizzly bear who wears a construction hat. Blizzard wears backpack containing supplies, including a blanket strapped it, in both game versions. Blizzard's goal is to climb to the top of K3. When he is first paid a visit, Blizzard is surprised that Dixie Kong and Kiddy Kong found him. He remembered Blue's birthday party, but he is unable to visit him not only from living far away, but also because of his ongoing endeavor. Blizzard gives the Kongs a present to deliver to Blue on his behalf.
