Stack-Up is a microgame in WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgame$! in 9-Volt's folder. It is somewhat based on the NES game Stack-Up, one of two games requiring R.O.B. to function.
Gameplay
When R.O.B.'s hands go over the block(s), the player must stop them. The screen is also viewed at a diagonal angle.
- Level 1: Three blocks.
- Level 2: Two blocks.
- Level 3: One block.

Trivia
- As in other appearances, R.O.B. has red arms in the Japanese version and gray arms elsewhere. Likewise, the Famicom in the background is replaced by an NES in localizations.
