Small Cheep Cheeps (which are actually regular-sized Cheep Cheeps enchanted by Kamek) appear in Paper Mario: Color Splash in the Sacred Forest. They can be found jumping over a small bridge. One of the Small Cheep Cheeps holds one of the five pieces of the blue Mini Paint Star.
