The Big Shiny 1UP is a sticker in Paper Mario: Sticker Star. It is extremely rare sticker. When used, it heals Mario's HP significantly over 10 turns. A Big Shiny 1UP appears hanging from one of the chains in Rumble Volcano, and it can be obtained by collecting 100 coins on the second frozen river in Ice Flow. It can be set in the Sticker Museum as No. 83.
It later reappears in a minor cameo in Paper Mario: The Origami King. It appears as part of the background in a photo of Princess Peach based on her appearance in Paper Mario: Sticker Star in the control room of The Princess Peach.
