Mermaid Tears is one of the microgames in Dribble & Spitz's Fantasy level in WarioWare: Get It Together!

Gameplay

The object of this microgame is to catch three drops of liquid from a mermaid, using a basket attached to the player's body. When caught, the drops turn into pearls on the mermaid's necklace, and if the necklace is completed, the mermaid cheers as she teleports into the background and the music becomes happy-sounding.

  • Level 1: The mermaid's head is relatively narrow. Drops can form in three places: both of her eyes and her nose.
  • Level 2: The mermaid's head is wider. Drops can form in four places: both of her eyes and both of her nostrils.
  • Level 3: Same as Level 2, but the mermaid may occasionally wipe away one of the drops quickly after it forms.

If two players are utilized for this microgame, a number of factors change. The players must now collect five drops in total. Since drops are being collected with two baskets, the mermaid has a speech bubble displaying how many drops have been collected. If the players win, the player that collects more drops receives an effort point or, in the case of Rising Star, a star.

  • Level 1: The mermaid's head is relatively wide. Drops can form in four places: both of her eyes and both of her nostrils.
  • Level 2: The mermaid's head is wider. Drops can form in five places: both of her eyes, both sides of her mouth, and her nose.
  • Level 3: Same as Level 2, but the mermaid may occasionally wipe away one of the drops quickly after it forms.

Mission

  • Snot to Brag: Using all crew members, the player must catch at least 20 drops from the mermaid's nose before they Game Over.
