Level 6-1+ is the first level of Slippery Summit Plus in the Nintendo Switch version of Mario vs. Donkey Kong. The target time for this level's Time Attack is 35.00.

Overview[edit]

This level features a smaller maze that the player needs to guide a Mini-Mario through, coupled by icy terrain. Before doing such, the player needs to bring a carryable spring on the rightmost portion back to the starting point and use it to jump to the ladder and reach the Mini-Mario. Afterwards, the player must carefully guide the Mini-Mario through the maze without accidentally making it slip into spikes or the Shy Guy patrolling part of the maze. Afterwards, the Mini-Mario will eventually slide out and drop into the icy terrain underneath, so all that the player needs to do is to carry the spring back to the locked door and use it to help the Mini-Mario reach it.

Enemies[edit]

Present locations[edit]

  • Red: Collected by the Mini-Mario, on a ledge which can be accessed by moving the Mini-Mario westward of the Shy Guy or by using the latter as a foothold.
  • Yellow: Collected by the Mini-Mario after successfully exiting the maze.
  • Blue: Above the locked door on a high ledge. The player must use the carryable spring to reach it, but may also perform a Double Handstand Jump.
