Paper Mario description | Proof of Mario's strength, won by defeating Chan at the Dojo. |
The First-Degree Card is a special item in Paper Mario, which Mario can win at the Toad Town Dojo for fighting Chan. With it, the Master will allow Mario to fight Lee. The card itself does not serve any purpose in the game, except for when Mario is talking to several characters around the Mushroom Kingdom who also have a degree card, to compare it to theirs.
