Aquatic Attackers is one of the enemy classes listed at the end of Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble!, during the credits. This group includes all underwater baddies that can be found in coral levels such as Bazza's Blockade; it is this game's equivalent of the "Submerged Seadogs" from Donkey Kong Country 2. Since the name "Aquatic Attackers" is only mentioned in Dixie Kong's Photo Album, it is likely that this enemy class was created by Dixie herself in order to classify her snapshots.
