Mini Urchins only appear in World 3, and just like regular Urchins and Mega Urchins, they will float up and down, trying to poke Mario and Luigi. However, unlike them, they only stand still. Mini Urchins might want to be defeated with a Fire Flower, Gold Flower, or Star.
