The Undead Piranha Plant is a subspecies of Piranha Plant debuting in New Super Mario Bros. 2.[1] It is a bony version of the Piranha Plant, with a white "cranium", green-gray lips, holes rather than spots, vertebrae instead of a stalk, and white leaves. Even with these graphic changes, its attack patterns and strengths are the same as those of a regular Piranha Plant. These enemies are only found in Fortresses.
