Template:Level Stampede Sprint is the thirty-sixth level in Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble (forty-second in the Game Boy Advance remake), and the first area of Krematoa.
For most of this level, the Kongs will be playing as Ellie. Near Ellie's barrel is Parry, who needs to be guided through the level. Shortly after becoming Ellie, she'll come across three Sneeks, who will send her running across the level out of control. If the player can guide Ellie, as well as Parry to the end of the level without dying, the No Parry Sign will turn the bird into a one-chance Bonus Barrel. However, this is anything but easy, and may take several tries to pull off successfully. Squawks and Squitter can found in bonus areas at the start, but they won't get far in the actual level. When Ellie reaches the No Ellie Sign, she'll turn into a Steel Keg needed to defeat the Koin at the end. In addition to the Sneeks, enemies here include Bristles, Buzzes, Kuff 'n' Klout (in their debut) and Krimps.
Trivia
- The SNES version of Stampede Sprint featured the generic "Hot Pursuit" music for the entire stage, while the GBA version featured its own unique music, which is only heard while playing as Ellie.
