Notable Bandits
Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island
Bandit, along with Shy Guy, were two of the most common enemies in Yoshi's Island, though in the minigames, Yoshi would face of against a Bandit to win items. If the player uses the minigame code, the second player can use the second controller to play as Bandit.
Paper Mario Stats and Tattle Information

- Attack: 2
- Defense: 0
- Location: Dry Dry Desert
- Tattle: This is a Bandit. Bandits bump into you hard and shake up your pockets. They can steal up to 10 coins. They'll slyly approach and then slam into you all of the sudden. If you can damage them in an attack, you can get your stolen coins back. Let's beat 'em before they can make off with our loot!

- Tattle Log: A petty thief that charges at people and tries to steal coins. If you guard well, though, he can't steal a thing!
- Tattle: That's a Bandit. This scumbag tries to bump you and grab coins. Jerk! If you time your guard well when he attacks, he won't be able to steal anything. Plus, the look on a Bandit's face when you guard successfully is priceless. If a Bandit steals coins from you, defeat him before he flees to get your coins back.

- Defense: 0
- Location: Glitzville
- Tattle Number: 45
- Tattle Log: A Bandit boss that steals items as well as coins. Guard when he charges at you to hold on to your goods!
- Tattle: That's a Big Bandit. Basically, a boss among ordinary Bandits. Unlike other Bandits, he'll steal your items as well as your coins. Totally weak! If you guard well when he charges at you, he'll blow by without stealing anything. If he robs you, you won't get your item back unless you beat him right then. He'll run!
