Bloopads,[1] originally known as Jumping Bloopers,[2] Jump Bloopers,[3] Mamae Gessos,[4] or Mame Gessos,[5] are enemies in Super Mario Sunshine. These rare jellyfish-like Bloopers occasionally jump out of the water in Ricco Harbor only, leaving them susceptible to being sprayed by FLUDD. When a Bloopad is sprayed or jumped on, it lands on the water and flattens into a platform for about fifteen seconds. In a few episodes, boats filled with dead Bloopers and Bloopads can be found near the beginning of the stage; here, Bloopads are found in colors other than cream, such as white and reddish.
"Bloopad" is one of the names that can appear on the leaderboard in Mario Golf: Toadstool Tour.
