The Melody (alternatively known as the Soothing Melody)[1] is an item found in Paper Mario. Mario receives it after delivering the Lyrics to the composer in Dry Dry Outpost. By bringing it back to the Master Poet inside Club 64, he gives it to the Pop Diva so that she can find her voice again and also give Mario the Attack FX D Badge.
