Mario's Early Years! CD-ROM Collection is a compilation disc consisting of the MS-DOS versions of Mario's Early Years! Fun with Letters, Mario's Early Years! Preschool Fun, and Mario's Early Years! Fun with Numbers. These three educational games were developed by The Software Toolworks (Mindscape). This disc also appeared on a compilation set titled Mud Pies, alongside Shelley Duvall's It's A Bird's Life and CardShop Plus! The cover features Mario wearing a green cap and shirt instead of his usual red.[1] While Fun with Letters and Fun with Numbers are identical to their standalone versions, the CD-ROM Collection version of Preschool Fun includes a brand-new world, Time World.
