Fireflies, called "fiery bugs" by Klubba, are glowing insects that appear as the main focus of the Bag a Bug Bonus Game in the Game Boy Advance port of Donkey Kong Country 2. They fly around Klubba's Kiosk erratically, and the player needs to collect as many as they can within the time limit. The number they collect corresponds to the number of random items Klubba rewards them with. However, if Klubba successfully whacks the player character during the minigame, the number collected resets to zero.
