A Paper Macho Spike Outlaw[1] is a type of Paper Macho Soldier from Paper Mario: The Origami King that appears in the Big Sho' Theater. It is the only Paper Macho version of a regular Spike to appear in the game.

Together with the Paper Macho Goomba Outlaw and the Paper Macho Snifit Outlaw, this enemy tries to stop Mario from advancing to the second floor of the theater. To defeat the enemy, the player must press A Button as soon as they see "Fire!"
