Stanley is a Boo that lives in Gusty Gulch. When Mario and Bow arrive in Gusty Gulch, Stanley notifies them that Tubba Blubba had eaten a Boo named Herbert. Stanley himself is eaten shortly thereafter. He was later released from Tubba's stomach after his defeat.
