The level begins with Mario beside the cannon in the generic world. Entering the cannon begins a countdown, and then Mario is blasted off into the course. In this level, Mario needs to navigate through a rather difficult course of parachuting [[Bomb-omb]]s and rotating and stationary electric [[Amp]]s, while preventing falling down the large abyss. A single [[Red Ring]] can be found halfway through the course which causes 8 red coins to appear that Mario can collect to earn a power-up. After that, the level ends. This level can be made significantly easier if Mario was in [[Raccoon Mario]] form before starting the level.
