Kong Kollege, or Wrinkly's Kong Kollege, is a school run by Wrinkly Kong in Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest and Donkey Kong Land 2. In both games, there is a Kong Kollege in every world of Crocodile Isle, except the Lost World in the former game. Although it is not shown in-game, the main purpose of the Kong Kollege is providing education to the Kremlings, and despite its name, Kong Kollege more closely resembles an elementary school. The first and foremost option offered in every world is saving the game. In each world, saving for the first time is free, but Wrinkly subsequently charges one Banana Coin in Japanese releases, or two Banana Coins in Western world releases. In all regions, the first-time fee in The Flying Krock is one Banana Coin. Similarly to Monkey Museum, the player can purchase advice and gameplay hints, likewise differing in each world. Kong Kollege is a private school, which explains its tuition fees for gameplay advice, but after purchasing a piece of advice, the Kongs can hear it again for free. Though she mostly provides gameplay hints, Wrinkly can also offer advice on enemies and the world boss. In Donkey Kong Land 2, Kong Kollege only offers the essential option of saving the Kongs' progress, which remains two Banana Coins.

A few questions regarding the background details of Kong Kollege are asked in Swanky's Bonus Bonanza, including the globes (answer: 2), desks (answer: 5), and airplane models (answer: 2). In a Krazy Kremland challenge, he even asks who operates the Kong Kollege, which is Wrinkly.
Several objects appear in the background of Kong Kollege in Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest. The most altered element is the chalkboard, headlined "EXAM" ("SUMS" in the remake), which has a few incorrect math equations. In both versions, only one of the equations has an addition symbol. The equations on the chalkboard are 9/3=6, 8*1=9, and 4+2=5 though official artwork displays two correctly answered multiplication equations and 5*1=6. In the remake, the three incorrect equations are 2*8=4, 5-1=6, and 3+5=9. A few questions involving the background details of Kong Kollege are asked in Swanky's Bonus Bonanza, including the number of globes, of which there are two (also depicting a different geography than Earth); desks, of which there are five; and airplane models, of which there are two. One of the questions in a Krazy Kremland challenge is who operates the Kong Kollege, with the answer being Wrinkly. Some of the minuscule details include an ABC's poster, a clock, a drawing of a stick figure jumping above a car, a fire extinguisher, potted flowers, test tubes, a textbook, a trophy, and a trash can.

In the Game Boy Advance version, since the remake allows the player to save their game from the newly-added world map menu, Wrinkly no longer offers to save the player's progress, and any purchased advice can be instantly re-accessed from the world map menu. Kong Kollege adds a "homework" option, activating a side-quest where Wrinkly has Diddy Kong and Dixie Kong fill a Scrapbook with 40 photographs. In Krazy Kremland, Gloomy Gulch, and K. Rool's Keep, Wrinkly provides advice for each of the book's pages for 10 Banana Coins apiece, though only five pages are in each world's menu. The Kongs earn a Hero Coin for every page filled upon returning to Kong Kollege.
Wrinkly no longer provides the service of saving one's game progress in remake, something that is handled from the world map menu, which itself has all purchased advice for instant reference. There is an added "homework" option, where Wrinkly has Diddy Kong and Dixie Kong fill a Scrapbook with 40 photographs. The exterior of Kong Kollege depicts a clear, cloudy sky over a grassy field, as in the original version, but the remake changes the display per each world, depending on the theme.

Sometime between the events of Donkey Kong Country 2 and 3, Wrinkly retired from Kong Kollege to reside in her Save Cave. Like its appearance in Donkey Kong Land 2, the only purpose of Wrinkly's Save Cave is to save the game progress, this time free of charge.

Several objects appear in the background of Kong Kollege, mainly in Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest, since the design is a lot simpler in Donkey Kong Land 2, where half of the background had desks, a chalkboard, a bookshelf, and two windows. In the original version, a clear, cloudy sky over a grassy field is seen from the building. In the remake, the outside display varies between each world, based on its theme. This even affects the tint of Kong Kollege.

*ABC's poster &ndash; An ABC's poster circles the bottom wall of the Kollege. The letters of 'r' through 'z' appears at the bottom of the wall.
*Chalkboard &ndash; On the far left is a chalkboard, headlined "SUMS" ("EXAM" in the SNES version). A few incorrect math equations are written on it, presumably done by the Kremlings. The invalid equations on the chalkboard include incorrect operations, adding/subtracting one number too much, or incorrectly switching the numbers around. In both versions, only one of the equations has an addition symbol. The equations on the chalkboard are 9/3=6, 8*1=9,, and 4+2=5 though official artwork displays two correctly answered multiplication equations and 5*1=6. In the Game Boy Advance version, the three incorrect equations are 2*8=4, 5-1=6, and 3+5=9.
*Clock &ndash; On the top-right corner is a clock, whose hands appear to read "4:05".
*Desk &ndash; There are five wooden desks in Kong Kollege, two of which are shown with a paired wooden seat.
*Drawing &ndash; On one of the desks is a drawing of a stick figure jumping over a car.
*Fire extinguisher &ndash; A fire extinguisher sits right at the entrance to Kong Kollege.
*Globe &ndash; Two globes showing a different geography than Earth.
*Paper airplane &ndash; A paper airplane is lying on the floor.
*Potted flowers &ndash; Three potted flowers are sitting on a windowsill. From left to right, the first one is placed right next to the silver trophy, while the other two sit on the second windowsill.
*Test tubes &ndash; A few empty test tubes are lying on the bookshelf.
*Textbook &ndash; Two of the desks have opened textbooks on them.
*Trophy &ndash; A silver trophy is standing on the left windowsill.
*Toy plane &ndash; There are toy planes hanging from the ceiling, each in front of a window. The left plane is blue and the right one is red.
*Trash can &ndash; There is a trash to the very left, next to a stack of three black books.

Wrinkly Kong, Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble!

Kong Kollege, or Wrinkly's Kong Kollege,[1] is a school run by Wrinkly Kong in Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest and Donkey Kong Land 2. There is one present in every world of Crocodile Isle except the Lost World in the former game. The Kong Kollege is meant to provide education to Kremlings, something never shown during gameplay. The very first option is to save, which is free when first saving at a world, but Wrinkly subsequently charges one Banana Coin in Japanese releases, or two Banana Coins in Western releases. Just like Monkey Museum, the player can also acquire advice and gameplay hints, likewise differing in each world. Kong Kollege is a private school, which explains its tuition fees for gameplay advice,[1] but after purchasing a piece of advice, the Kongs can hear it again for free. In Donkey Kong Land 2, Kong Kollege only offers the essential option of saving the Kongs' progress, which remains two Banana Coins, also the sole function of her successor location in Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble!: Wrinkly's Save Cave.

The exterior of Kong Kollege depicts a clear, cloudy sky over a grassy field, as in the original version, but the remake changes the display per each world, depending on the theme.
