Desktop Themes were downloadable desktop wallpapers available from the official Mario Party website.

Known themes[edit]

There were six known Desktop Themes, featuring Princess Peach, Mario, Donkey Kong, Luigi, Wario, and Yoshi, respectively. Clicking on the profile image of one of these characters would download the wallpaper for the corresponding character. They were compatible with Windows 95 and Windows 98 computers (the former only if Microsoft Plus! was installed), so it is unknown if they would run on modern hardware.
