yellow	Passed, but is no longer enforced or applicable.
blue	Failed, but proposed changes are currently enforced.
pink	Canceled by the proposer.
purple	Canceled by the wiki staff.
teal	Canceled and immediately put into effect.
orange	Classified as a "no quorum".
brown	Ended in a tie.
