The title of this article is unofficial and has been derived by combining English names based on established naming schemes, non-English names, and/or development data. If an official English name is found that differs from the current name, then the article should be moved to the new title.

Fire Spikes are red variants of Spikes introduced in Super Mario Bros. Wonder. Rather than tossing Spike Balls that bounce or roll on the ground, these Spikes pull out and hurl fireballs that fly fast in a straight line, just like how Spikes originally threw their projectiles in Super Mario Bros. 3. Four of these enemies appear in Wavy Ride through the Magma Tube, which has a Wonder Effect featuring a giant Fire Spike statue in the background that attacks the player by spitting out volcanic debris (and eventually, the level's Wonder Seed), while nine more are encountered in the fourth and final section of KO Arena Magma Flare-Up.
