The seaside area is one of the areas in Shroom City from Mario Party Advance. If the player selects Luigi, they will start here. It lies to the south of the jungle area, desert area, and town area.

Like its name states, this area of the city is by the sea, and is mostly made up of sea creatures. There are nine places to look at, and ten quests to do.
