It can be obtained by meeting [[Toad]] on an [[Item Space]], and it can rarely appear from a [[Hidden Block (Mario Party series)|hidden block]]. Players can use this item on themselves or another player, and by doing so, Game Guy appears and forces the targeted player to risk all of their [[coin]]s on one of Game Guy's [[minigame]]s. If it is won, it will multiply the challenger's coins; if it is lost, the player does not retrieve the coins.

The Lucky Charm

The Lucky Charm is an item in Mario Party 3. It is a coin with a portrait of Game Guy imprinted on one side. It can be obtained by meeting Toad on an Item Space, and it can rarely appear from a hidden block. Players can use this item on themselves or another player, and by doing so, Game Guy appears and forces the targeted player to risk all of their coins on one of Game Guy's minigames. If it is won, it will multiply the challenger's coins; if it is lost, the player does not retrieve the coins.
