Koopa Kard

The Koopa Kard, also spelled Koopa Card,[1] is a special item in Mario Party 3. It is obtained only from either an Item Bag, a Hidden Block, or at an Item Space from Toad. A player with a Koopa Kard can obtain every Coin from the Koopa Bank as they pass by.
