There are marginal changes to the scooter's speed, turn speed, and landing detection as the microgame's speed increases, generally not in proportion to one another. Scooter Commuter is a microgame in the Sci-Fi folder in WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgame$!.

Gameplay[edit]

A person on a motorcycle jumps off of a ramp. The player must use the +Control Pad left or right to turn the motorcycle in midair, making it land on both wheels.

  • 1st level difficulty: The motorcycle lands on an uphill road. It is at roughly the same angle as the motorcycle after it jumps, so little turning is required. (Alternately, on speeds 5 and higher the player can hold +Control Pad right for the entire jump to turn a 360° loop.)
  • 2nd level difficulty: The target is a flat platform, so the player must turn the motorcycle approximately 45° forward to land it safely. (Alternately, on speeds 4 and higher except speed 14, the player can hold +Control Pad right for the entire jump to turn a 315° loop.)
  • 3rd level difficulty: The target is a downhill ramp. Since it inclines at the opposite angle the motorcycle is at, the player must turn the motorcycle forward 90° to land correctly. Alternately, on speeds 1-9 the player can hold +Control Pad right for the entire jump to turn a 270° loop.

There are marginal changes to the scooter's speed, turn speed, and landing detection as the microgame's speed increases, generally not in proportion to one another. At very high speeds the scooter can come close to overshooting the landing spots, but will not truly overshoot in a way that would make the microgame unwinnable.
