Burst Your Bottle is one of the microgames in Ashley's Food level in WarioWare: Get It Together!
Gameplay[edit]
The object of this microgame is to escape from the bottle in any way. This includes breaking it open and popping the cork at the top. Hitting the cracks on the bottle makes it easier to break.
- Level 1: There are three cracks on the bottle, and the cork takes a few hits to pop.
- Level 2: There are two cracks on the bottle, and the cork takes more hits to pop.
- Level 3: There is only one crack on the bottle, and the cork takes even more hits to pop.
If two players are utilized for this microgame, the bottle may appear on either the left or right side of the screen, along with a few other changes.
- Level 1: Both players are trapped inside. There is a crack on each side of the bottle.
- Level 2: One player will be trapped inside while the other player is outside. There is a crack on each side of the bottle.
- Level 3: One player will be trapped inside while the other player is outside. There are no cracks on the bottle.
Suitability[edit]
Good Fit | ||
---|---|---|
Bad Fit |
- 5-Volt can escape without causing any damage to the bottle. The player just has to teleport her to any area outside the bottle.
- Penny can easily break the bottle by using her Jet Tank One to shoot the bottle rapidly.
- Young Cricket, 18-Volt, Mona, Dr. Crygor, 9-Volt, Mike, Ashley, Master Mantis, and Lulu are above-average fits as they can all pop the cork and break the bottle with their respective abilities.
- Although Red is unable to pop the cork since he can only attack downwards, his bombs are effective in breaking the bottle, giving him a slight advantage.
- Wario and Dribble & Spitz cannot pop the cork by default due to their inabilities to attack upwards. Despite this, they can break the bottle by attacking its sides, making them neutral fits.
- Kat & Ana are somewhat unsuitable for this microgame because they can only shoot sideways and their constant jumping, combined with their projectiles, can make escaping from the bottle more complicated. They can pop the cork with their heads in Levels 1 and 2, albeit at a much slower pace than other characters who can pop the cork.
- The Oinker's tractor beam is not effective in causing damage to the bottle and does not go upwards, so Orbulon is impractical in this microgame. The only way to win with Orbulon is to beam up the sides of the bottle to rotate it, then drop it on the floor to crack it or beam up the cork.
