To make a Jelly Candy, the player has to get a [[Jammin' Jelly]] and a [[Cake Mix]] and hand them to [[Zess T.]] the [[Toad (species)|Toad]] chef. She will then cook both items and turn them into a Jelly Candy. Jelly Candies are recovery items that can be used inside and outside of battles. Using these items will replenish sixty-four of [[Mario]]'s [[Flower Point]]s, which is the highest amount of Flower Points that can be restored by an item in the whole game.
