Mini Pi'illoid Xs are the stronger version of Mini Pi'illoids fought in the Battle Ring in Mario & Luigi: Dream Team alongside Pi'illodium X as part of the Class 7 battle. This version is red in color instead of gold, has purple eyes instead of red and has higher stats than the ones fought in the main story. Regardless, it functions the same as the original version, and it also has greater healing effect, as it heals 80 HP to the body each, and 74 HP when healing wings.

The Battle Ring has set inventories for each Class and none of them include Taunt Balls. As such, Mini Pi'illoid Xs cannot be defeated except for Pi'illodium X using one in an attack.
