Bazaar is a member of the Brothers Bear, and resides in the south end of the Northern Kremisphere overworld in Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble!.
Bazaar owns a general store near Funky's Rentals, and is the first bear that the Kongs can meet on their journey. He sells a Shell that he found at the bottom of Lake Orangatanga for five Bear Coins, and a Mirror that belonged to Cranky Kong's great-grandfather for fifty Bear Coins. In the Game Boy Advance remake, he also sells a Box of Chocolates for twenty Bear Coins.
Bazaar also gives out useful information, such as how many secret caves exist in the game, for a small fee of course. Bazaar also mentions an encounter he had with the Hylian hero Link and gives some vague information about a mysterious castle.
In Donkey Kong Land III another Brothers Bear, named Bear appears. Bear's appearance is directly modeled after Bazaar's; it is possible that along with being brothers Bear and Bazaar are also twins.
Notes
- Bazaar shares his name with bazaar, another word for a marketplace or shopping center.
