Goomba's Greedy Gala was a casino board hosted by Goomba in Mario Party 4. The gameboard has many roulettes and slot machines. Players could gain coins by winning on the slot machine; however, the slot machine could only be accessed after using a Super Mini Mushroom. The huge roulette in the middle of the board randomly sends players to one of the board's four colored sections. Players can also bet on what color the roulette ball will land on.

Goomba, Mario Party 4

Goomba's Greedy Gala is a board in Mario Party 4. It is hosted by Goomba, who built it because he loves gambling. A roulette wheel is around the center, and the Goomba host spins it whenever a player is nearby to throw a marble into one of four colored areas, determining their path. Goomba offers the player to pay either 5, 10, or 20 coins, each with an increased chance at going to the area with the Star. If the marble falls into a star area, the player earns 20 coins and can pick their direction. Goomba challenges the player to a dice game in certain areas, and the player gets 10 coins if they roll higher, but is returned to the start if they roll the same number or lower. There is a Happening Space at the top of the board, where the player crosses to the other side on a poker chip, controlling its movement as they get coins along the way.

The board has two unique minigames: the Item Minigame, 3-Card Goomba, a shell game where the player can choose an item from one of three playing cards; and the Coin Minigame, Coin Slots, where the player ground-pounds slots on a slot machine for the number of coins shown, though failing to match the slots gets them only one coin.

At the end of Story Mode, the player is challenged to Goomba's Chip Flip and receive Goomba's present if they win.
