“Welcome to Shy Guy's Jungle Jam! So, um, I'm Shy Guy ...and I guess I'll be your host! I'm not bold enough to go on real adventures, so I made my board look just like a wild jungle! Deep in the heart of this jungle lies a mysterious world for you to explore!”
Shy Guy, Mario Party 4

Shy Guy's Jungle Jam is a board in Mario Party 4. It is hosted by Shy Guy, who built it because he does not have the confidence in actual jungles. The Happening Spaces are in front of two Shy Guy Wells, to make either a happy or a sad wish, but the one it likes is predetermined.[1] If the statue does not like the wish, it looks at the player angrily and floods off parts of the board for up to three turns. If the player goes to Klepto at the top left corner and pays five coins after he wakes up, Klepto travels with them above the river, and the player can lean left or right to collect coins. A Shy Guy on a raft also charges a price to take them across the river.

There are two board-specific minigames: the Item Minigame, Treasure Tree, involves the player jumping at an item as they sway left and right on a tree; and the Coin Minigame, How High, Fly Guy?, where the player winds up a small Fly Guy to travel upward, with the number of coins they earn depending on how high it goes.

If the player wins in Story Mode, Shy Guy challenges them to Archaeologuess, with his present as the reward.
