The Tie-rack-asaurus Necks is a Slimosaur that follows Bowser's orders in Dinosaur Dilemma. Its name is a pun on the name of the Tyrannosaurus rex. It is described as towering over Mario and Yoshi, with six heads, sharp claws, and the ability to stand on its hind legs. It also has a collection of leathery neckties around each head's neck, and it attacks by spinning its heads rapidly while attempting to whip nearby enemies with its ties.
One Tie-rack-asaurus Necks attacks Mario after he frees the captured and friendly dinosaurs, whipping him until his arms are bruised. If Mario has the scissors, he quickly pulls them out and cuts off some of the ties, sending the Tie-rack-asaurus Necks into a panic, and it runs away, crying. If Mario does not have the scissors, Bowser lets it twist Mario into a mangled half-Windsor knot and wear him around one of its necks, promptly resulting in a Game Over.
